About the Michigan Policy Circle

For many years, PSC published a series of reports under the Public Sector Reports banner. A number of people have suggested that we resuscitate musings on the state scene. The Internet makes this convenient—not to mention very timely and very inexpensive. Hence, we embark this election year on new, Internet-based commentaries to clients and friends.

We call these observations the Michigan Policy Circle. It’s all about deepening and widening interest in state public affairs among people who make a difference by serving our state and its communities. Commentaries and messages will be thoughtful and incisive, but not numbingly regular or obscenely reverent. Our colleagues and friends will write on topics of interest when the mood strikes.
